Stage Makeup (with Tsal'gyur Starbuck)

Professional Makeup with Katya and Tsal'gyur! 

• Tsal'gyur and I (below) walk through applying stage makeup in this video. We discuss what colors to use, what products to buy, how to highlight your face's natural lines, how to avoid cat eyes!, and how to make a nice oval bun that complements the shape of your head.

• Here's an example of my makeup very early on, around age 15. You can see I broke all the rules! Bright eye colors, shiny face.

• And here's about a year later at age 16. Getting a little better for Tarantella in Napoli. I still need more white on the inside of the eyes, and more definition in the eyeshadow.

• And here I am at 17, and the makeup is getting better, except the photo is a little too far away to tell. But you can still tell my eyes are well defined. 

Kathryn Morgan has a stage makeup video. We by and large say the same things, but the colors Tsal'gyur and advocate for are a little less pink, and we highlight! some differences in lining the eyes.
