Several dance companies around the world have put together beautiful videos of their company dancers dancing in sequence or in unison. Here are a few I love. Maybe it will inspire you to make your own, or share more in the comments!
- LA Dance Project is contemporary dance company run by former NYCB dancer and Paris Opera Ballet artistic director Benjamin Millepied, and husband to Natalie Portman. They have mix of street dancers to classically trained ballet dancers. I love their site specific work and innovative style. They made this video.
- Netherlands Dance Theater created this video, keep on dancing. NDT is one of my favorite contemporary ballet companies. Here is one of their unique type of pieces that I saw in NYC several years ago. They also have a summer intensive!
- The Washington Ballet in Washington DC made this video uniting their dancers. I took company class with them for many years, while I was completing my PhD at UMD. The company members were so nice to me.
